WE501 Waterborne Epoxy Resin Paint

WE501 is a two-component waterborne epoxy resin paint that made from pigment, special agent and wear-resistant material. When applied over concrete floors to create a tough and wear resistant flooring surface.

Water-based coatings, solvent free.
Applied to damp surfaces.
Has good resist to acid and alkali.
Resistance to abrasion, pressure, impact and tough.
High bonding strength and strong adhesion.

Packaging：WE501-A : 18 kg / bucket, WE501-B (Hardener) : 6 kg / bucket
Colors：Gray, Green
Dilution : 0–3 % (Water) / set
Consumption：0.2 kg / m²

The construction surface requires a solid, clean, dry, no water, no dust and no oil etc.
Apply WE500 (waterborne epoxy primer) as a primer and ensure that the whole surface is fully
permeated and cured.
Apply WE501 by roller, spray or brush to coat the whole surface.
For areas where the absorption of the surface is severe, apply once more coating.
Do not apply if the temperature is below 10°C (50°F) or rain is imminent.
Product should be store in the cool area, please avoid direct sunlight contact to prevent deterioration.
Do not swallow, wear the protective equipment when working, avoid the eyes and skin.
In case it goes into eyes or touch the skin wound, please wash immediately with plenty water and then
go to a doctor for further treatment.
